Shaoguan Hongda gear co.,Ltd．locates in Shaoguan City，the National Excecellent Tourist City of Guangdong Province ofsouth China，Passed by the mainliner from Guangzhou to beijing and thruway from Zhuhai to Beijing，Shaoguan City hasvery convenient transportation and communication，and is 221Km apart from Guangzhou City as well as 367Km apart from Shenzhen City.
Shaoguan Hongda，the former Shaoguan Gear Factory，was founded in 1966 and reformed in 1998．Now Hongda has more than 900 empoyees(among which there are about 170 all kinds of technician including 6 senior engineers and 51engineers)，occupies 140，000 square meters of production area，owns approaching RMB 200 millions of capltal assens．
Hongda holds more than 700 sets of imported&home make facilities including heat treatment lines，machining centers，CNC turning machines，gear cutting equipments，3-coordinate measuring machines，CNC gear inspecting oenters，CNC 8-shaft shaving tool resharpening machine，high-frequency induction heating equlpments，straightening machines，etc., respecuvely imported from U.S.A.，U.K.，France，Switzerland，Germany，Italy,japan and Chinese Taiwan．
The leading and main products of Hongda are transmissions and other spare parts for medium/heavy-duty trucks and passenger buses,tractor gears,etc.The transmission has a widely application choices from more than 100 types resulted from 6 kinds of center distance and 15 series.Hongda has the annual production capacity of 30,000 sets of variant transmissiions and 15 millions pieces of all types of gears.The products mainly exported to U.S.A. and Southeast Asia,chiefly including components and spare parts for automotive transmissions exported to American Eaton Corp.,tractor gears exported to American John Deere,read axle spiral bevel gears and transmission gears for medium/heavy-duty truck and other transmisson gears,etc.The export income in year 2004 is USD35 millions.
Hongda has promoted and generalized the computer-added technology for the management and products design.The present CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) has been approved by National 863(high tech) Plan and Hongda was listed by the National Science & Technology Department as the National Demonstration Enterprise of 863 Plan,awarded by the Science & Technology Department of Guangdong Province as the High & New Technology Enterprise. Besides,the MRPⅡ management system provides reliance for reliance for the internal management in the enterprise.
